Nashville, TN – Reimagine Care, the nation’s leading provider of cancer care services in the home, announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Dan Nardi as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Nardi was previously Chief Operating Officer for Carrum Health.

Mr. Nardi joins the executive leadership team at a time of significant growth for the company. The Company is partnering with some of the best and most innovative healthcare systems, including University of Colorado and City of Hope, as well as independent oncology practices, like The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, to improve the patient experience and decrease the overall cost of care for cancer patients.

Prior to joining Reimagine Care, Mr. Nardi was the Chief Operating Officer of Carrum Health, a company focused on value-based care, where he had responsibilities over operations, care delivery, and growth, among other areas. Prior to Carrum Health, Mr. Nardi helped grow and scale Livongo, as Vice President of Operations, from 13 employees to the IPO. Dan brings significant operational expertise along with a deep understanding of value-based care, including oncology. Mr.Nardi has been successful in building high-performing teams and converting aspiring company vision & mission into reality.
