Patient's Story
Jodi was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in April 2023. Two days after her first round of chemo she was experiencing low blood pressure, dizziness, and cough. Jodi was considering urgent care but contacted our Virtual Care Center through Remi, our virtual assistant, for support first.

Care Delivered
After utilizing Remi, Jodi called in to speak directly with our Virtual Care Center. We were able to resolve her symptoms without escalation to her physician.

Jodi received timely, supportive care, and was able to avoid an ED visit. As a result of the support provided, Jodi now has tools at her disposal to manage future blood pressure concerns. Since her first encounter, Jodi has continued to utilize the Virtual Care Center.
