As we close out 2025, we’re proud to share the results of a year defined by unprecedented patient engagement, measurably better clinical outcomes, and a care model that’s proving its value across our health system partnerships.
Patients Are Engaging—And Staying Engaged
This year, approximately 90% of enrolled patients consistently engaged with our program monthly to address clinical issues—a 20% increase from 2024. Even more encouraging: 88% of patients engage within their first 30 days, and that number only drops to around 80% at the 60- and 90-day marks. Translation? Four out of five patients continue using Reimagine Care services over an extended period, making our virtual care model a true extension of their cancer journey, not just a one-time touchpoint.
Meaningful Reductions in Avoidable Care
An independently conducted actuarial analysis reveals significant improvements in utilization outcomes. Patients enrolled in our program experienced:
- 66% fewer avoidable ED visits for symptoms managed by our program
- 45% fewer short-stay hospitalizations resulting from those ED visits
- More than double the impact we measured in 2024
Looking at all causes—not just avoidable symptoms—our program reduces ED visits by 33% at the one-year mark post-enrollment, with a 17% reduction in ED-originated hospitalizations over that same period. These aren’t marginal gains. They represent fewer disruptions to patients’ lives, lower system costs, and better-managed care.
Protecting Provider Time and Focus
One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we hear from our health system partners is how much our program reduces noise for clinical teams. Our escalation rate to clients is less than 4%, meaning Reimagine Care independently resolves more than 95% of symptom triage encounters without needing to involve the patient’s care team.
New data from one of our partners underscores this impact: patients enrolled in our program generated 33% fewer inbox messages for clinical issues compared to Moffitt’s pre-Reimagine Care baseline. For providers managing complex oncology cases, that’s 33% more time to focus on what matters most.
A Clinical Team Scaling to Meet Demand
Our Virtual Care Center (VCC) clinicians had their busiest year yet, documenting over 16,000 discrete patient interactions in 2025—representing more than 5,000 hours of direct patient care delivery. As our partnerships grow and patient volumes increase, our team continues to meet the moment with high-quality, responsive care.
Remi Is Getting Smarter
Our AI care companion, Remi, managed an extraordinary volume of patient-generated data in 2025:
- 56,000 check-ins completed
- 51,000 ePRO surveys captured
Of those symptom pathways, Remi independently resolved approximately 50% without escalating to the VCC.
What This Means for 2026
These results validate what we’ve always believed: that virtual care, when delivered with clinical rigor and AI-enabled scale, can fundamentally change how patients experience complex cancer treatment. The model works. Patients engage. Outcomes improve. Providers get their time back.
As we head into 2026, we’re focused on expanding access to this care model, deepening our health system partnerships, and continuing to build technology that allows human expertise to reach more patients, more effectively.
Here’s to a year of meaningful impact—and to what’s ahead.
