2024: A Year of Growth, Innovation, and Gratitude. A Letter from CEO, Dan Nardi

As I reflect on 2024 for Reimagine Care, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and accomplishment. This initial leg of the journey has been nothing short of transformative— for the patients we serve, our company, and for me personally.

I’ve always known that this team has a clear and compelling mission: to reimagine the delivery of cancer care. This mission has guided every decision we’ve made over the past year. Each and every day we strive to make care more accessible, personalized, and compassionate for those battling cancer. Overhauling an entrenched healthcare delivery system is challenging, but the rewards have been worth it so far.

Our commitment to a patient-centric approach has been at the heart of our innovations. In 2024, our laser-focus on programs has been designed to improve the patient experience. One of our largest accomplishments last year was the expansion of our cancer treatment services to include post-operative needs. With this milestone, Reimagine Care is able to support all cancer treatment types. We’ve reimagined what post-operative cancer care looks like by making sure patients don’t feel alone during recovery. Our program proactively reaches out to patients, catching potential problems early, to give patients and their families peace of mind, all while reducing the burden on healthcare providers. By expanding our cancer treatment services to include surgical oncology patients, we can now support all patients regardless of the care they need – whether that’s medical oncology, radiation therapy, or surgery.

Partnerships have played a crucial role in our progress. We have strengthened our relationships with leading hospitals, research institutions, and community practices. These innovative collaborations have enabled us to rapidly expand patient access to efficient, high-quality cancer care; with expansion into new geographies across the country.

Another sign of the impact we’re able to have for our partners is when they want to brainstorm with us on ways we can help support them in new areas. These types of conversations have led to new product offerings and further my confidence in our future.

One of my primary goals is to foster a culture of urgency, collaboration, innovation, and learning. I believe that the best ideas come from diverse teams working together towards a common goal. As a result, we were named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work. Over the past year, we have implemented regular cross-functional brainstorming sessions, employee feedback forums, and leadership development programs. These initiatives have not only improved our internal communication but have also led to several groundbreaking ideas that we are now in the process of implementing. Finally, we have identified three distinct values as the foundation of what it means to be a Reimagineer: Respectfully Caring, Collaboratively Empowering, and Urgently Creating.

As we look forward, I am beyond excited about the future of Reimagine Care. We are on the brink of several major advancements that I believe will revolutionize the way cancer care is delivered and paid for in this country.

There are numerous players in this space and they’re all doing their best to make an impact. I’m more confident than ever that our focused approach on the patient and the provider experience has set us up for immense success in 2025 and beyond!

I want to extend my deepest thanks to our talented Reimagineers. Your dedication, creativity, and passion are the driving forces behind our success. To our partners and patients, thank you for your trust and collaboration. It is an honor to work alongside you in this important mission and please know that we show up every day for you. A final thanks to our Board of Directors, Investors, and Advisors; we wouldn’t be able to build this amazing company without your support and guidance.

My time as CEO of Reimagine Care has been a remarkable journey. We have made significant strides, and there is still much work to be done. I am more committed than ever to our mission and am confident that together, we will continue to reimagine what’s possible in cancer care.

Here’s to another year of innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care.

Cheers,

Dan Nardi

CEO, Reimagine Care
