Scott Eising is the Chief Product Officer of Reimagine Care, a tech-enabled service provider of cancer care in the home. Scott is a strategic leader with deep product experience across health systems, health plans and employer organizations.
Prior to Reimagine Care, Scott was the VP, Product at Rally Health, Sr. Director, with Optum and held various leadership roles with Mayo Clinic in both business and clinical areas. His career has been dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives through innovative and engaging solutions.
Scott and his wife, Kris, have three children and reside in Phoenix, AZ.
